Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and ensuring the quality and functionality of the finished products. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to use various hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

·         Read and interpret schematics and engineering drawings

·         Assemble mechanical components according to specifications

·         Use hand tools and power tools to fabricate, fit, and assemble parts

·         Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy and functionality of assembled products

·         Test assembled products to ensure they meet performance standards

·         Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process

·         Collaborate with other team members to optimize assembly processes

Requirements

·         Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly techniques

·         Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments

·         Familiarity with machining processes is a plus

·         Ability to read and interpret schematics and engineering drawings

·         Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

·         Basic soldering are desirable but not required

·         Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Other Details

·         Work week is Monday through Thursday, 6 AM until 4:30 PM

·         Work day consists of a 10-hour day plus a 30-minute lunch
